A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Learning and Development Advisor to join the HR team in Sydney, for a 12 month fixed term contract.

This Learning and Development Advisor will be responsible for the day to day management and coordination of practice activities and projects to ensure continuity of training activity, ensuring finances are managed for each course, supplier relationships are managed, students are prepared and supported around their learning activity and courses and projects are managed and coordinated through to completion.

YOUR ROLE

Working from our Sydney HQ, Sydney Olympic Park, on Wann-gal land, your role purpose will be:

  • Finance and invoicing, payments and recharging activities
  • End to End Course/Project Management and Coordination
  • Course Catalogue Systemisation and L&D Advice
  • Business Integration and Process Partner
  • Organisational Development / Professional Development activities
  • General Administration

YOUR EXPERIENCE

To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:

  • Formal qualifications (and or equivalent business experience) in Business, L&D or a relevant discipline
  • Demonstrated experience managing training events and projects
  • Sound understanding of financial management principles
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Focus on exceptional customer service
