**Senior Advisor, Technical Learning and Development. 2-year temporary role, flexible working model including hybrid working options both from home and our Sydney office.**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Advisor, Technical Learning and Development to join the Business Development team within the NSW Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages.

You will have a strong focus on delivering high quality consistent capability uplift outcomes that can be tracked, measured and reported on.

**In this role some of your key accountabilities may include**:

- Conducting consultation with the wider business and providing specialist advice to identify training needs, skill gaps and appropriate learning strategies;
- Designing and delivering staff learning programs to meet identified development objectives;
- Assessing learning outcomes to identify the effectiveness of learning and development programs;
- Developing a Learning Management System to better equip staff with training materials, programs and courses;
- Building learning resources to assist the business with staff development, onboarding and coaching, and
- Managing stakeholder engagement and consultation processes.

**To be successful, you should demonstrate**:

- Strong understanding of learning and development methodologies;
- Experience designing and delivering learning and development strategies, programs and materials;
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management System platforms and eLearning development software highly regarded;
- Ability to work as part of a team and to consult with content experts
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, able to self-manage yet be adaptable to meet team and organisational demands
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher qualification in Adult Education or other relevant qualification highly advantageous

We meet the varied and valid needs of our customers by providing a range of certificates, products and information services that help establish a range of legal entitlements and is the newest agency within the Department of Customer service.

Salary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $116,211 base plus superannuation
