**About the role**
As the Advisor, Learning and Development, you will collaborate with the Senior Advisor, L&D, contributing to the design, delivery and evaluation of impactful training programs related to diversity and inclusion in the NSW public sector workforce.

This part-time opportunity encourages collaboration through a job-share arrangement.

**About you**
We would love to hear from you if you have experience in:

- The design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development programs and resources using a range of delivery modes
- Needs analysis and data collection methods
- Project management and change management principles
- Designing training programs using Articulate 360 (desirable, but not essential).

You will bring to the role:

- Effective communication and presentation skills
- The ability to build effective relationships quickly
- Strong project management skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
