We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Advisor for a contract opportunity until December 2023 (with possibility of extension).

This role will provide support and guidance to the business about our L&D initiatives and will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with certification and training requirements.

In addition to this, the successful person will assume the role of SME within our Workday training system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the L&D training system (Workday).
  • Coordinate the mandatory compliance training.
  • Create/edit/update course offerings and assign attendees in Workday.
  • Liaise with staff and management on learning related queries.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Qualification in Learning & Development or relevant experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Workday is desirable, but not essential.
