- Clerk Grade 7/8, salary range $106,025 - $117363 + super + leave loading + flex leave

We currently have an opportunity for a Learning and Development Advisor to join our People and Culture team at the NSW Reconstruction Authority.

As the Learning and Development Advisor, you will responsible for developing and coordinating a range of organisational development and employee training programs. The solutions you develop will be designed to build and support individual, team and organisational capability.

In this multifaceted role you will partner with internal and external stakeholders and service providers to support the delivery of activities and programs as well as provide project and operational support and advice to facilitate effective People and Culture operations.

**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Learning and Development Advisor with outstanding skills and capability in communication and building key stakeholder relationships alongside a drive to increase staff engagement and cultural change.

You are collaborative whilst demonstrating an ability to working autonomously and have an expert eye for identifying opportunities for improvement in human resources delivery and problem solving. You will be confident in providing expert advice and guidance and contribute to innovative solutions that create a positive employee experience across the employee lifecycle.

**Essential Requirements**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain.
- Experience in a Learning and Development and/or Organisational Development role within a dynamic People & Culture environment.

The NSW Reconstruction Authority (the Authority) is a statutory corporation within Planning, Housing & Infrastructure. The Authority will improve how NSW plans for disasters and help communities to recover from them faster to reduce the severity and impacts of disasters. The Authority will complete critical planning and preparation with communities, businesses, and government. When disaster does strike, we will get recovery started swiftly and coordinate reconstruction efforts across agencies, communities, and other stakeholders across the state of NSW.
