ABOUT THE ROLE
The Personal Assistant will provide essential support to the Director and wider team, ensuring that all administrative needs are met to maximise productivity and efficiency. Acting as an ambassador for the company, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to various projects, including event coordination and marketing initiatives. No two days will be the same, so adaptability and a proactive approach are essential. This role offers an exciting chance to work alongside industry leaders, where you'll be both challenged and supported in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

DUTIES

  • Oversee and prioritise inbox communications
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for domestic and international trips, including flights, accommodation, and logistics
  • Organise and manage event logistics, from planning and location selection to meeting room setups
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and handle client interactions
  • Support the Director with drafting sales contracts and listing agreements
  • Handle various personal administrative needs
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks as needed
  • Take ownership of office management responsibilities to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain the asset register and manage IT resources as needed
  • Assist with HR tasks, such as onboarding and offboarding, and promote team morale and a positive workplace culture

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of experience as an EA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Proven success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate the Director’s needs and take independent action when required
  • Strong business insight and understanding of effective operational and departmental functions
  • Exceptional communication skills and a creative, analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Highly adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude suited to the demands of a high-growth start-up
  • Detail-oriented and committed to process integrity, continuously seeking process improvements
