Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of four advisory businesses: SMSF Solutions, Business Services, Bookkeeping, and Financial Planning Partnership.
  • Analyze the competitive environment to determine strategic positioning.
  • Identify target segments and craft compelling value propositions (product, price, client experience).
  • Develop an operating model (people, process, technology) to deliver on these propositions.
  • Oversee the business P&L to achieve growth and profitability targets.

What We're Looking For

This is an extraordinary opportunity for a seasoned General Manager with over 15 years of experience in professional/financial services, spanning B2B and B2C sectors (accounting, business advisory, banking, insurance, financial planning). Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in scaling new business models to operational maturity and profitability, managing a portfolio of business lines, and leveraging synergies and shared resources. A deep understanding of tech-driven business models and agile practices is essential.
