Job Description

  • Create an impact with lasting impressions on our guests in this hands-on and detail orientated role  
  • Find your balance with flexible work hours over a 7-day roster 

What you’ll do:
You will become that friendly face wot welcome and farewell or resort guests and ensure the highest possible standards of in Front Office Guest Services. You will wow our guests with your welcoming smile, bubbly personality and ability to think outside the box. You will ensure that guests are welcomed warmly and are efficiently checked-in and checked-out. You will also be responsible for any incoming phone calls to the property and delight with your familiarity of all accommodation offerings and services. 

What you’ll bring:

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Well presented, friendly and welcoming
  • Passionate about everything you do with a drive to be the best you
  • Team-oriented
  • Great problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask, supporting your team and guests
  • Reception/Front Office/Admin/Sales Agent or Customer facing experience preferred
  • Park Management system experience, Newbook and/or RMS will be a huge bonus, but not necessary.
  • Available to work shifts over a 7 days rotating roster, public holidays and school holidays
