As a Front Office Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable holiday experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our Front Office team. As a Front Office Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing managerial oversight and daily coordination to the front office team
  • Ensuring effective communication and liaison with other departments and Resort Management
  • Liaising with guests and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Assisting with task allocation, team rosters, and escalating guest or team queries

You will be working closely with the General Manager and other senior leaders to drive business results and achieve our company goals. If you have a passion for hospitality and customer service, we want to hear from you

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A reputation for providing excellent customer service
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams with a customer service focus
  • Effective time management and an eye for detail
  • A flexible attitude to work hours over a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays as required
Salary

The salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
