The Rooms Division Attendant’s main department will be the front office department where she/he will be covering the PBX telecommunication duties. This person will need to be flexible to work in other departments within the rooms division such as Lobby Greeter, Spa Desk attendant, Camp Hyatt Counselor (Kids Club), and Regency Club Runner (VIP lounge Runner).

**Qualifications**:
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.-
- Refined verbal communication skills.- Must be able to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Team player
- Seeking individuals who are friendly, reliable, enthusiastic, obliging, and compassionate.
- Must present an appropriate public presence in grooming.
- Must be able to work independently as well as with others.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of our guests in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal communication skills.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to stand for a long period of time.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer skills Customer service experience preferred
