Bell Attendant's responsibilities are to greet all guests in the lobby warmly and professionally, make them feel welcome and anticipate their needs before they arise. Recognize all returning and VIP guests, and welcome them back.
Bell Attendants are in constant communication with the Front Office to ensure guests are escorted with their luggage and personal items to and from the guest rooms efficiently. It’s important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features. Inform them about hotel facilities and emergency procedures.
