Front Office Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at NRMA Parks and Resorts. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the front office/guest services department and ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and set high standards for efficiency and professionalism in the front office/guest services department.
  • Provide managerial oversight and daily coordination to the front office team, including task allocation, team rosters, and escalation points for guest or team queries.
  • Ensure effective communication and liaison with other departments and Resort Management to guarantee a smooth operation.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of providing excellent customer service, with a genuine interest in engaging great conversation with our guests.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams with a customer service focus – hospitality/tourism industry will be highly regarded.
  • Effective time management and an eye for detail.
  • Passionate and team-oriented with a “lead from the front” mentality.
  • Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays as required.
  • CRM system experience not essential but highly regarded (Newbook and/or RMS).

The estimated salary range for this role is AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
