Job Summary:

The Sous Chef in this iconic restaurant will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily kitchen operations, contributing to the creation of innovative menu items, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality. Key Responsabilities:

  • Closely work with the head chef and oversee daily kitchen operations.
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
  • Assist with inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimising waste.
  • Enforce proper food handling and sanitation procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Who you are:

  • You have at list 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Have the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.
  • You are creative and have a passion for high quality food.
