About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at JRM Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of 3 kitchens, including restaurant, bar, café, and room service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a large brigade, ensuring high standards across all areas.
- Support the Group Culinary Director in driving culinary innovation and maintaining consistency.
- Lead high-volume conferencing and events, including weddings and corporate functions.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manage costs, and ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
About You:
- Proven experience in a similar role within high-volume, multi-outlet environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a large team.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a hands-on approach to kitchen management.
