As our IT Service Desk Analyst,
Deliver high-quality IT support to all internal users via phone, teams and email. Responsible for quick resolution of all IT support issues and requests. Log and track all support issues and requests in our ticketing tool, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Respond to customer queries in line with defined SLAs, maintaining our high standards of service. Provide after-hours support on a monthly rotation, ensuring our systems are always covered. Satisfactory resolution of calls logged with the IT Service Desk.What Type of Person Will Succeed
We're on the lookout for a dynamic, tech-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional IT support. The ideal candidate for this role will bring:
Has at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role. Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff. Intermediate Office 365 experience to support our core productivity tools. Experience supporting remote workers. A heavy focus on customer service and a drive for continuous service improvement. Infinity RMS experience is a plus, but not essential – we're happy to train the right person.How to Apply
