IT Service Desk Level 1

Our client is a leading full-service technology group in Melbourne's inner West looking for a Service Desk Administrator who is enthusiastic about what they do, who wishes to grow their career and is eager to take on new challenges, with a learning mindset. This role will be full time at a customer site so driver licence and access to own vehicle is preferred.
**You will be involved in**:
- Providing end user support
- Resolving internet outages
- Imaging laptops
- Office 365 license management
- Managing anti-virus and security updates
- LAN and WAN support of networking software/hardware
- Maintain documentation, reports and records regarding infrastructure solutions deployed
**To thrive in this role, you will need to have**:
- Recent Tertiary qualification in Networks/Systems Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or similar IT discipline.
- Outstanding customer service
- A desire to be a true team player
- An understanding of Windows server, Active Directory, LAN/WAN, Exchange and/or VMware etc.
