**The Position**:
An exciting opportunity for a well-rounded IT professional to join our team as IT Service Desk Manager. This role will work closely with internal business stakeholders to ensure issues are managed appropriately and resolved in a timely manner.

We are seeking a motivated individual with strong technical skills to lead a small service desk team and deliver quality IT support to the Prixcar business nationally. Previous management experience is a positive but not essential as this is also a great opportunity for the right person to take that next step into a management position.

**What you will do**:

- Lead and mentor a small team with two Service Desk Operators.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT service desk, ensuring timely and high-quality support to end-users.
- Assign & monitor tickets. Act as escalation point and provide L2/L3 support when needed.
- Liaise with vendors and third-party providers for escalations and to resolve ICT issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, which enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT support services.
- IT department administration.

**What you will bring**:

- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or other suitable qualification.
- Strong communication skills - this role is a key contact point between the IT department and the wider business as well as some key suppliers.
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, including Entra, Windows OS, Office 365, and related admin tools.
- Knowledge or experience with Meraki, Mimecast, RingCentral, Okta, SOTI, and Intune is preferable but not essential.
- General knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure design, networking technologies and IT best practice guidelines.
- Ability to provide effective leadership skills in a complex, rapidly changing organisation.
- Ability to lead and deliver IT related projects and continual improvements.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Customer-centric individual who can handle stressful situations in a professional and effective manner.
