Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Job Costing and Invoicing (JCI) Administrator to join our Finance team. Based at our new CBD head office, this position is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover parental leave.

THE ROLE

As a Job Costing and Invoicing Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our JCI team. Duties will include:
Management of the Job Cost and Invoicing inbox Drafting a high volume of quotes Job setup & maintenance Compiling and submitting weekly reports General administration duties as required
ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
1 - 2 years previous administration experience Experience in the mining sector is advantageous Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills Good attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and in a diverse team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
