- Location: Perth CBD
- Roster: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 7.5 hour days
- Pay Rate / Experience level: Intermediate
- Start Date: ASAP (preferably before 2024)**About the Role**:
Supports the GWS delivery of wells and seismic with SAP procure to pay process and various performance administration tasks.**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Create service entry sheets in a timely manner following guidelines including taxability determination as well as summarizing and allocating costs correctly to well/location.
- Ensure invoice submission criteria met, proper documentation and approvals exist prior to entry of service entry sheet.
- Forward non-compliant invoices to vendor queries personnel for tracking and resolution.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives
- Support supplier queries and navigating through internal processes and contacts
- Support timely creation of Purchase Requisitions and ensure criteria or standards are met
- Support Business & Performance Management with providing administrative support (e.g., preparing reports, managing SharePoint)
- Supports other teams when the need arises including requisitioners and cost controllers

Supports GWS cost management processes including cost allocation, reporting, vendor management.
- Support the purchase requisition creation process; data entry, adherence to quotation or contract requirements**Supply**:
Knowledgeable in procure to pay processes and impacts to timely payments
- Understand inventory and logistics processes and impacts to Costs and Requistioners**Skills & Experience**:

- Accounts payable experience preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- 5+ years experience with Microsoft Office products
