We are currently seeking an Customer Service Officer / Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our 12 month project. The role of the Customer Service Officer is to support and liaise with customers and internal stakeholders on quotes, orders and credits collaboratively and professionally.

Responsibilities include:

  • Respond to request on lead time, order status, delivery,  availability and, were applicable
  • Answer incoming phone calls, e-mails and assign-tickets from customer centers and sales channels
  • Assist in investigating issues relating to, deliveries, returns, credits
  • Track orders for incoming shipments and backorders
  • Accurate daily filing of customer orders, invoices, acknowledgements and departmental communication 
  • Maintain compliance documentation
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor and communication with Customer Centers and internal staff at all times
  • Participate in employee development programs including product and application training, business and personal development opportunities
  • Have a good knowledge and understanding of Epiroc products

Requirements:

  •   Customer service experience
  •   Mining and/or construction industries experience is highly preferred
  •   Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook is required
  •   Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and highly organized
  •   Experience working with ERP/WMS is desired.
  •   Experience in planning and/or purchasing of components as well as equivalent work is meritorious.
