About the role:

We’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Used Vehicle Sales Executive to join our Toyota team in Warwick Farm.

 

To succeed in this exciting role you will be a driven self-starter able to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support.

 

In this position you will be ultimately responsible for:  

  • Engaging with customers on the telephone, online and face to face on the showroom floor.
  • Vehicle demonstration and test drives
  • Understanding and qualifying the customer’s needs
  • Motor vehicle registration and government paperwork compliance
  • Assisting with preparation and presentation of new vehicle deliveries
  • Vehicle appraisals
  • Preparation of vehicle quotes and understanding of the financing process

About you:

  • Valid work rights in Australia
  • Commitment to a six-day roster with two days off each week (Sundays closed)
  • Passion for outstanding customer service
  • Highly motivated and results-driven
  • Exceptional communication skills across all platforms (in-person, phone, online)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and web-based applications
  • Essential: NSW driver’s license
  • Eager to learn and embrace new challenges
  • Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus
