About the Company

Our client is a major supplier of crop and animal nutrition products to Australia’s Agriculture, Horticulture, Turf Care, Mining and Drilling industries. Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager to develop and lead their sales team and drive business growth across Australia.

About the role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the company’s sales operations. Your key focus will be on account management of existing customers and acquiring new customer sales at a national level with a key focus on meeting both sales and profit targets across the company’s product range.

Main Responsibilities

• Client Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Business Growth: Develop strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding the company’s market share
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage the sales budget, providing accurate forecasts and managing expenditures to ensure profitability within respective product lines
