National Sales Director

About the Role:
The National Sales - Wholesale and Export is a critical position at Auto Parts Group (APG), responsible for building long-term client relationships across Australia and developing sales strategies to improve growth in our wholesale sector.
You will work closely with the National Contact Centre to ensure the teams are achieving sales goals, targets, and revenue for our wholesale customers. Additionally, you will provide a national approach to APG's National Wholesale customers, monitor operational delivery, customer, market, and competitor products, and work with the GM Sales & Operations, Group Manager – Sales and GM Finance to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, profit, and other key financial performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with State Managers and the National Contact Centre Manager to provide a national approach to APG's National Wholesale customers and monitor the operational delivery, customer, market, and competitor products.
- Work with the GM Sales & Operations, Group Manager – Sales and GM Finance to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, profit, and other key financial performance objectives.
- Analysing market trends and competitors' activities and formulate strategies in line with business expansion plans.
