Our client is a global leader in delivering food experiences, fragrance and develop beauty and wellbeing solutions. They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who has relevant industry experience in customer facing with SAP experience.

Shift times
Monday to Friday
8:30am - 4:30pm
Casual rate: $40/hr
Permanent salary: $75K + Super
Duties and responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the central link between the customer, their sales team, and also their distribution centre to ensure client's requirements are met in the most efficient and cost effective way
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure orders are delivered on time and manage customer expectations
- Resolve request for order changes, issues and handle customer inquiries internally and externally
- Proactively coordinate with the customer on forecasts, and collaborate with planning teams on analysing customer product needs
- Proactively liaise between Logistics and Distribution Centre to deliver locally, on time
- Prepare Debit and Credit notes, process quality notifications and Customer Returns
- Update and maintain accurate customer records, including customer specific information, contracts, labelling, packaging and stock requirements
- Properly identify the right communication method based on the sense of urgency and issue.
- Know how to diffuse a difficult situation and get resolution with the customer.
Skills and Requirements:
- Must have min 3 years of experience in customer facing role
- Must have at least 1-2 years of using SAP system
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced/evolving environment
- Must be reliable and responsible at all times
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Excellent customer and stakeholder relationship management
- Strong attention to detail and problem solver
