The Role  

4 weeks assignment - Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm) and requires an ASAP start. 

Sitting in the Customer Service division, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining productive and positive relationships with clients
  • Acting as the liaison between the Sales, Operations and Account Management team for the customer in regard to their account queries providing regular updates in accordance with the companies SOP's
  • Shipment information Order status/ updates Grievances/ Complaints Monitoring ongoing claims
  • Invoice queries
  • Billing queries  
  • Adhoc
  • Entering data into Microsoft Excel
  • Customer Service duties as directed

Experience Required  

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Intermediate Excel experience is a must
  • Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written
  • Highly service orientated
  • Call cnetre or customer service experience is essential
  • Knowledge and experience of air and sea operations both import & export would be highly beneficial but not essential  
  • Need to be able to start Immeidately.
