Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our Trade and Installer channel team at Prysmian Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotes, customer requirements, and technical details to ensure timely and accurate responses to customers.
  • Effectively process and manage customer orders, including reviewing contractual requirements and reflecting changes in SAP.
  • Work closely with the external sales team to win profitable business through effective management of customer relationships, quotations, and sales orders.
  • Maintain fast and efficient communication with customers on services offered and standards to be achieved.
  • Use tools, processes, and systems to achieve defined KPIs and work closely with the Trade and Installer team to meet or exceed plan for CM$ and volume.
  • Provide administrative and sales support to the team and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with all areas of the business to maintain the Prysmian brand and promote a positive and enthusiastic team culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven inside sales experience.
  • Attention to detail and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across the business.
  • Proven team member with effective and harmonious working relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Passion for learning and personal growth, with a focus on sales developments.
  • Ability to cope with disruption and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent general problem-solving skills and a drive to succeed with a future plan in leadership.
