About the Role

We are seeking an experienced internal sales coordinator to join our Trade & Installer channel at AU0927 Prysmian Australia Pty Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotes, customer requirements, and technical details to ensure timely and accurate quoting.
  • Effectively process and manage customer orders, including reviewing contractual requirements and reflecting in SAP.
  • Work closely with the external sales team to win profitable business through effective customer relationship management.
  • Maintain fast and efficient communication with customers on services offered and standards to be achieved.
  • Use tools, processes, and systems to achieve defined KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Trade and Installer team to meet or exceed plan for CM$ and volume.
  • Provide administrative and sales support to the team.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with all areas of the business to maintain the Prysmian brand.
  • Take reasonable care to ensure health and safety of yourself and others.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven inside sales experience.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across the business.
  • Proven team member with effective working relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Passion for learning and personal growth, with a focus on sales development.
  • Ability to cope with disruption and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent general problem-solving skills.
  • Drive to succeed with a future plan in leadership.
