What you will be doing

What you’ll need to be successful

8 + years experience in a generalist HR role with proven experience in ER, IR  Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Human Resources) or equivalent  Demonstrated experience managing a team Strong understanding of the Australia Employment Framework including the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, and able to succinctly understand various Awards and Enterprise Agreements Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing skills and an ability to build good working relationships with key stakeholders High-level problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, think creatively and recommend strategies, ideas and opportunities for resolution.
