Human Resources Manager
Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for fostering talent and driving organisational success? We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a supportive team within the professional services sector.
Reporting into the HR Director and leading a team of 3 you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the human resources function.
**Key responsibilities**:
Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, career development and succession planning, to support employee growth and retention;
Champion employee engagement initiatives, creating a positive work environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered;
Collaborate closely with leadership team and department managers to understand their needs and provide strategic HR support and solutions;
Lead the operational management of the HR team, delegating responsibilities effectively for optimal performance;
Spearhead the continuous review and improvement of capability and competency frameworks to enhance organisational effectiveness;
Offer expert guidance in overseeing annual performance and remuneration reviews, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives;
Drive the review and alignment of policies and legislation, guaranteeing compliance and mitigating risks effectively; and
Provide support to HR Business Partners in managing and resolving staff issues efficiently, fostering a positive work environment.
**Key requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field,
Demonstrated expertise with 10 years' experience within the professional services sector;
Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years in staff management and delegation;
Extensive experience in performance management and review, succession planning, and staff development activities; and
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating effective collaboration and clear ideas and directives.
