You will help to make a positive impact with a variety of assets and developments including master planned communities, low rise medium density, tourism, Industrial and commercial properties, no two days will be the same.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth strategy and overseeing the day-to-day operations of two core divisions being property and residential communities, including broader property developments. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Planning: Shape the future direction of the company, ensuring alignment with its mission and values.
  • Operations Management: Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all business units.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with the CFO to ensure financial performance supports strategic goals.
  • Property Development: Lead the way in bringing development projects to life, from inception to completion.
  • Property Management and Leasing: Maximize the value of the property portfolio through strategic management and leasing initiatives.
  • Leadership: Inspire and empower the team to reach new heights of success.

How You'll Make a Difference (Success Factors)

  • Community Partnerships: Forge transparent and collaborative relationships to address planning challenges and create lasting partnerships.
  • Innovative Solutions: Drive the integration of new IT systems to enhance processes and improve efficiency.
  • Capital Strategies: Assist with strategies to redeploy the groups strong balance sheet, or attract external investment.
  • Team Development: Assess and enhance the property and leasing teams to support evolving needs.
  • Sustainable Energy: Lead the charge in developing a sustainable energy business to power projects and communities.
  • Asset Redevelopment: Identify opportunities to maximize the value of assets and land, creating new avenues for growth.
  • Tourism Innovation: Spearhead the development of high-profile tourism attractions, showcasing a commitment to innovation.
  • Certifications and Accreditation: Pursue industry-leading certifications to solidify their position as a pioneer in sustainable development.

Who You Are:

  • Educated: Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, Real Estate Development, or Finance. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experienced: Bring at least 10 years of experience in property development or investment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledgeable: Have a deep understanding of development and real estate markets, regulations, industry connections and best practices.
  • Innovative: Demonstrate a knack for strategic thinking and a passion for driving operational excellence.
  • Leader: Inspire others with your vision, mentorship, and ability to build high-performing teams.
