Job Profile Summary

The Chief Operations Officer will be responsible for leading the Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Investment Operations teams in a Country Branch. This role will require strategic leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the financial services industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of subordinate managers, developing and implementing business plans, and driving operational excellence. This role will also involve collaborating with senior leaders across the organization to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Investment Operations teams in a Country Branch, providing strategic direction and operational expertise.
  2. Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and operational excellence.
  3. Manage a team of subordinate managers, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  4. Collaborate with senior leaders across the organization to achieve business objectives.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a deep understanding of local laws and regulations.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a financial services industry.
  • Strong operational expertise and knowledge of fund accounting, transfer agency, and investment operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships.
  • Ability to develop and implement business plans, drive growth, and achieve operational excellence.
  • Deep understanding of local laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
