The Role:

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for designing and executing a fresh, exciting menu with a Mexican-inspired style that’s sure to leave the town talking. Bring your creative palette to life, mixing bold flavours with some of the customer favourites.

You’ll have the freedom to shape the menu, keep it exciting, and take it to the next level while creating a dining experience that impresses both locals and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a dynamic and innovative menu, incorporating both new ideas and classic favourites.
  • Take ownership of your kitchen and lead a passionate team of kitchen staff.
  • Ensure smooth operations and maintain high standards of food quality.
  • Oversee the rostering, training, and development of kitchen staff, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Maintain food cost control, monitor stock levels, and handle ordering to ensure budgetary targets are met.
  • Ensure the kitchen operates in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless, elevated dining experience for guests.
