Position Overview

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator focusing on reporting, system administration, learning & development, performance and communication. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement systems, reporting dashboards and execute our company employee training and communication strategies. We are a small team in a fast-paced environment, so the willingness to jump in and help others is paramount to your success in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate and deliver system and reporting enhancements including HR dashboard, rostering and reporting
  • Coordinate and drive HR projects with the broader HR team
  • Support the creation and distribution of internal communications, ensuring alignment with company strategy
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and other learning events.
  • Implement, maintain and update learning management systems (LMS) with current training materials and records. Experience with Go1 will be well regarded.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and metrics.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify learning needs and develop relevant content.
  • Assist in producing communication materials, such as newsletters, intranet updates, and announcements.
  • Provide ad hoc HR generalist co-ordination and administration

Skills and Experience

  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Systems Communication, or relevant
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR, learning and development, or internal communication.
  • Experience in driving data and systems projects forward
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across the organisation.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with graphic design tools and content creation software is a plus.
