We’re on the hunt for a Learning & Development Manager to join our talented Sales Capability & Solutions Team. In this position you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales team's effectiveness and performance by developing and implementing strategies to build capability across Lion.

This role will be based out of our York Street Office in Sydney and reports into our Sales Solutions & Capability Leader.

What does a day in the life look like?

You will lead the design and delivery of exciting sales capability development programs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement. Elevate Lion's L&D offerings to differentiate it in the market, demonstrating a genuine commitment to employee development and growth. You’ll take a consultative approach with key sales stakeholders to foster a culture of learning and growth throughout the business, promoting continuous improvement. Act as a skilled facilitator in workshops and training sessions. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvements

What are we looking for?

Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong facilitation skills with experience in designing and delivering training programs. Experience in sales capability development and implementing best practice solutions would be an advantage.  Experience analysing business needs, crafting solutions, and designing impactful programs. An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can drive change and cultivate a culture of continuous learning. Proactive & consultative approach to L&D, ensuring that programs meet evolving organisational needs and foster a culture of growth and development.
