Status: Full-time/40 hours a week

Role Objective: 
We are seeing a Sales Account Manager who is responsible for driving business growth by generating new leads, setting appointments, recruiting potential candidates, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle outbound calls, and expertise in scheduling and coordinating activities to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Qualify and generate leads to identify potential candidates and ensure they meet the company's criteria.
  • Make outbound calls and ensure a positive and professional interaction with potential leads and candidates.
  • Identify, screen and interview potential candidates and maintain a pipeline of prospects through various sourcing techniques.
  • Help facilitate the onboarding process for new candidates and coordinate with internal teams to ensure all onboarding steps are completed in a timely manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage scheduling of appointments
  • Schedule and delegate tasks for the staff
  • Manage and assist with day to day operations for the entire staff

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related degree or relevant experience.
  • Experience with outbound calls, appointment setting, and generating leads
  • Experience in sales and recruitment processes
  • Experience facilitating onboarding staff and clients
  • Experience with scheduling and delegating tasks to the staff
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
