About the role and team
Our Contract Lead, Paul, is looking for a Senior Administrator to support the operational aspects of our contract in the Oil and Gas sector. This role involves working as part of a team to deliver high-level administrative support across the contract. Your duties will include maintaining operational instructions and records, procuring uniforms and equipment, attending meetings and distributing minutes, supporting customer invoicing, and serving as the primary contact for HR-related services.
Further duties and responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical coordination, including flight and accommodation bookings, for the local and FIFO workforce.
- Support the Contract Manager in the collection and reporting of key metrics
- Provide support for the recruitment and onboarding of new G4S staff including managing training requirements, and maintain Business Continuity and Quality Assurance Plans as required.
- Prepare financial payroll reports, input data for workforce planning systems, and manage staff payroll/annual leave enquiries

- Demonstrated business administration experience
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Solid communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Proficient in the use of Google suite
