We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - Mechanical to join our team at CBRE Group, Inc. as a Projects Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of technicians in the delivery of quality service to customers, supporting minor service project management, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the daily activities of technicians to ensure quality service delivery to customers.
- Support minor service project management by assisting with scheduling, estimating, manpower analysis, material logistics, and establishing performance standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Assume responsibility for being the first point of escalation for the administration team on technicians' behaviors/concerns.
- Responsible for site set outs, program and sequencing updating, liaising with contractors/suppliers, contract and HSEQ administration, material take-offs, material ordering, and daily diary log and notes.
- Defect inspections and reports, invoice checking and coding, approval of timesheets, purchase orders, and other administrative tasks.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a HVAC/Mechanical service technician, 2 years as a supervisor.
- Refrigeration Licence - must be current.
- Australian Restricted Electrical Licence - must be current.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of OH&S Requirements.
- Strong diagnostics and fault-finding abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage and liaise professionally with subcontractors and clients on site.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- White Card.
- Police Check Clearance.
