About the Opportunity

Reporting to the People and Culture (P&C) Services Manager, this newly created position will lead a small team of professionals based in our new George Street offices in Brisbane CBD. 

With a deep understanding of HR processes and systems, this key role will manage initiatives to enhance the service of the P&C function to support and enable effective P&C services to CleanCo.

You will spearhead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Your role involves identifying and resolving inefficiencies within HR processes, providing leadership and coaching to the P&C services team, and collaborating with cross-functional project teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

You will oversee change management activities to ensure the effective implementation of new or modified processes and strategies are accompanied by appropriate education, training, and success metrics.

You will develop and provide essential tools and resources for employees and leaders that support key workflows throughout the employee lifecycle and drive operational P&C project initiatives.

About you

  • Minimum 5 years leadership and coaching experience of a P&C operations/service delivery team.
  • In depth understanding of people systems and processes with demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and implementing time and cost efficiencies.
  • A passion to drive process improvements that deliver a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • End to end end-to-end project management experience and a track record of leading operational initiatives and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in managing digital platforms such as an HRIS (ideally SuccessFactors) and SharePoint, ensuring the highest standards of data integrity.
  • High-level problem-solving skills, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to maintain highly effective working relationships. 
  • Strong understanding of talent attraction and retention initiatives to ensure that systems and processes complement this critical entry point of new employees.
