Are you looking to make a real impact? As a Reporting & Reward Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our people data management, governance, reporting, and reward initiatives. You'll play a key role in managing data, driving governance, and enhancing employee rewards. Your work will ensure the integrity of our HR systems, support employee mobility, and contribute to a positive employee experience across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and delivery of comprehensive monthly metrics reports, working closely with the People & Corporate Affairs team to extract actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Champion the enhancement of HR systems, facilitating seamless collaboration between the HRBP team and Business Services to optimise processes.
  • Manage and streamline employee movement processes, including domestic and global relocations, while maintaining strong relationships with external providers to ensure compliance with policy guidelines.
  • Play a pivotal role in executing key reward initiatives, supporting the Rewards Manager in job evaluations, cyclical remuneration activity including the annual review process, and the preparation of employee communications, thereby contributing to the organisation's talent retention and engagement strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain a robust position management and data governance framework, aligning with organisational budgeting and forecasting needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement of data management processes, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and integrity in HR systems through proactive audits and validation exercises.

About You:

  • You hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant business discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in remuneration, data management, or reporting, with a strong focus on HR or people-related functions is essential.
  • Proven ability to create and implement innovative solutions that drive business outcomes in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities, with a strong analytical mindset and a knack for turning complex data into actionable insights.
  • High level of integrity, handling sensitive and confidential information with maturity and discretion.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, excelling in stakeholder collaboration and teamwork.
  • Experience with HR Systems is essential - SuccessFactors and PowerBI is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to translate data into clear, impactful narratives for decision-making.
