We're seeking a positive and professional individual to join the Townsville team as a Client Services Officer.

What will your typical week look like?

  • Ensure timely completion of all client related tasks in their local office or designated region, meeting internal and external service standards
  • Liaising with clients, booking appointments, fee management, assisting with queries etc
  • Provide support to the Client Services team including file creation and management, database entry and management
  • Reception cover when required
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and scanning
  • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, working collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals.

  • Demonstrated experience in client services or a similar customer-focused role
  • Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude, attention to detail, willingness to learn and develop
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
