About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at PFD Food Services. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders and inquiries efficiently and accurately, ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks as required, including data entry, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Call Centre Experience: Have previous experience working in a call centre environment, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Computer Skills: Be proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant systems.
  • Team Player: Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
