**Job Summary**
Programmed is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Service Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of events and activities at our sports precinct facility.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate venue operations, including event setup and pack-down, to ensure a safe and operational environment for clients and staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including inductions, venue tours, and responding to queries and concerns.
- Manage financial transactions, including payments and end-of-day reports, to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Assist in the coordination of staff and resources to meet booking and event requirements.
- Attend pre-event meetings to ensure a thorough understanding of event details and requirements.
- Perform daily administration tasks, including data entry and record-keeping, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sports or recreation setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
