Get a better deal with a wage rate of $30-$34 per hour plus salary sacrificing options. Live, work and be well with our Employee Assistance Program for you and your family. As one of our highly valued Lead Educators, you’ll support and guide children’s learning and development, so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners.

Nestled within the natural bush of Upper Kedron, our centre has been designed in collaboration with educators and architects, to create inviting spaces for children to explore, discover, learn and play. With both age-based rooms and communal learning spaces, siblings and children of all ages can come together to learn and play.

Using your skills, ideas and passion for education, you’ll help shape the future of children in our care by collaborating with your team to create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and our wider community.

What you’ll bring

Whether you’re an experienced early childhood professional, newly graduated or just commencing your studies, if you’re energetic, fun and committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have or be willing to work towards:

A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification. First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification. Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card. A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).

C&K is a child-safe organisation and all C&K employees are required to undergo a police check and not be a ‘’ or Suspended Educator under the QLD Blue Card System.
