About the Role

As a Lead Educator, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of children in our care. You'll support and guide children's learning and development, helping them become curious, capable, and confident lifelong learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and guide children's learning and development
  • Collaborate with the team to create a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one)
