About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at C&K Kedron Childcare Centre. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families, and our wider community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and guide children's learning and development, promoting curiosity, capability, and confidence.
  • Collaborate with your team to create a cohesive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based programs that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Build strong relationships with families, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure the well-being and safety of children.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
