C&K - The Creche and Kindergarten is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Educator to join our team. As a Lead Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of children in our care, supporting and guiding their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and guide children's learning and development, promoting their curiosity, capability, and confidence.
  • Collaborate with your team to create a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment.
  • Work closely with families to understand their needs and develop strategies to support their children's learning.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs that meet the needs of children and families.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).

C&K is a child-safe organisation and all employees are required to undergo a police check and not be a ' or Suspended Educator under the QLD Blue Card System. We strongly encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and people from all backgrounds.
