About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at C&K Kedron Childcare Centre. As a Lead Educator, you'll be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment that fosters children's curiosity, capability, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and guide children's learning and development, ensuring they become lifelong learners.
  • Collaborate with your team to create a cohesive and effective learning environment.
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that cater to diverse needs and interests.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community, promoting inclusivity and cultural diversity.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
