Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team at C&K Kedron Childcare Centre. As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in supporting and guiding children's learning and development, while collaborating with your team to create a high-quality learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and guide children's learning and development, promoting their curiosity, capability, and confidence.
  • Collaborate with your team to create a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment.
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children and their families.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote child safety and well-being.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
