About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at C&K - The Creche and Kindergarten. As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the future of children in our care by creating a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and guide children's learning and development, fostering a culture of curiosity, capability, and confidence.
  • Collaborate with your team to design and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children and their families.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure the well-being and safety of children and staff.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
