Frizelle Sunshine Automotive is committed toproviding a safe and healthy workplace for all and we are seeking aWHS Business Partner to join our team based inSouthport.

The WHS Business Partner will collaborate withthe National Safety team to develop, implement, and manage thecompany's safety management system. This role will partner withleaders across our 25 locations to ensure compliance withregulations and assist in building a safety culture throughout thegroup.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop and implement health and safety policies, proceduresand programs Conduct regular safety site inspections and risk assessmentsInvestigate and report on incidents, accidents and near missesProvide education and training Ensure compliance with safety regulations Collaborate with management to develop safety improvementstrategiesMonitor workplace conditions and the use of PPE Advise on corrective actions and preventative measures Collaborate in Return-to-Work Programs with an outsourcedprovider Promote a safety culture

Experience required:

Minimum 5 years WHS experienceHold a qualification in WHSThorough knowledge of WHS laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work as part of a National Team
